Unfortunately it appears that there are still wide-spread power outages across the Auckland region. If you are still without power, rest assured that Vector staff are working as hard as they can to restore power to everyone. Even if you do have power on it is likely that Vector will need to use ripple control to turn off hot water systems to reduce load on their network. We advise using hot water sparingly until supply is fully restored. Our faults service is also heavily loaded so if possible please limit calls to emergencies only.
