Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with our phone service. Verizon has failed us terribly in the past few weeks in getting our phones,computer and credit card machine in working order. We have been calling and have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. Three technicians have been sent out to no avail..They never put our new number in the directory and now they switched our phone lines to another number..All we are told is that it is a clerical error..We have lost thousands of dollars and have very unhappy customers, who are unable to place their orders. We deeply apologize and hope to have it resolved soon. If you feel the need you can call Verizon and complain about this matter..Thank You..
