Union State youth festival in Rostov-on-Don on 15-20 September MOSCOW, 22 August (BelTA) - The festival Youth for the Union State will take place in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, from 15 to 20 September, BelTA learnt from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus-Russia Union State.The program of the festival includes opening and closing galas, meetings with university students and pop singers, an evening of friendship of the Belarusian and Russian youth and a series of youth concerts in Rostov Oblast’s cities. news.belta.by/en/news/culture?id=724168
