University of Azad Kashmir declared Burqa compulsory for Female Students MUZAFFARABAD: Director Students Affairs of Azad Kashmir University Muzaffarabad issued a notice in which Burqa/Niqab is declared as compulsory for Female Students. Students are advised to cover themselves and wear simple and non-attractive dress. Paints and Shirts with Pictures are not allowed. Beside that Student will have to show their Student Card to enter in University. Any student who will not follow the Burqa and Dress Code will not allow to sit in class.
