Unrequited By fereality I saw her again today And my heart went pitter patter But alas we’re only friends So these feelings don’t matter Here she comes my way With her smile so sweet Her eyes shone my favorite hue And her personality can’t be beat And lo many are the times With friends we do gather It’s only because she’s there That it really does matter These feelings I hold I’ve known from their start That should she say no I couldn’t stand a broken heart (the previous poem is one I started writing a few years ago and just recently finished, there is no one person connected to it just my feelings at different points) Children of the night By fereality Listen to me Children of night It’s time prepare For one last fight The apocalypse is coming It’ll be here soon Throw back your head And howl at the moon Death, Pestilence, Famine and War There’s no turning back We’ve faced them all before (This poem started out as a set of lyrics I was writing back near the end of high school or maybe a year or so later, I have since lost the original/revisions and all I can remember is these opening lines)
