Until 8:30AM Saturday September 21, 2013 it was unimaginable for me know the pain a parent could feel upon the death of their child. I now am a part of that tragic group of individuals. Regardless of the prayers from others, the kind words of comfort, the wonderful memories. There can be NO WORSE FEELING a parent can feel. I had someone very dear to me lose a child and I attempted to be of comfort, but now I know there is no type of comfort a parent can feel or ever will. Faruq, my son my only solace is that you will never feel this pain that your mother and I feel. You were truly a good father, son, husband, brother and person and now you are with GOD.
