Up for a Smoothie Challenge this week? Post your favourite blends and dont be afraid to mix it up! Be inspired and try a Smoothie at breakfast for 7 days. By following a healthy diet for the week,you may even lose the few extra pounds you have been hanging onto from the holidays. Tried a Smoothie Bowl yet? Those are delicious and a great way to start your morning too! My go to recipe is 1 frozen banana,1 slice of frozen mango,handful of pineapple,some hemp hearts or quinoa,turmeric,ginger,1/2 cup flax milk and fill with water. Another great mix for mid day fatigue is banana or avocado,cacao powder,coconut milk,2 dates,nutmeg/cinnamon/cloves and a handful of raw cashews or peanuts. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender (bullet) and enjoy any time you need a boost! :-)
