Up for sale is my 1984 Datsun/Nissan sports truck I bought new in 1984. I am the original owner. It starts right up and seems to run great. I am selling this as a parts vehicle because it will need some things checked before you would want to drive it on the road. Mainly the brakes are spongy and the tires are over 10 years old. It has been sitting for 10 years but it started right up and runs smooth. In its 30 years of life it has been driven all over the country and never failed me. It is in a non-operational status with the DMV and can not be driven on the road. Buyer is responsible for SMOG since it is being sold as a parts car. In its life it has never failed but may not pass now because it was sitting so long. I would strongly recommend that the vehicle be towed and checked out before it is driven on the street, as the buyer is responsible for smog. Has a nice aluminum shell on it and a trailer ball on the bumper and is wired to tow. Interior is nice and body has a few dings. It has over 271,000 miles but has had some work done. Here is its recent history: At 217,000miles new rear brakes new U joints new clutch and transmission rebuild At 242,000 miles Value job- it blew a head gasket spark plug and ignition wires timing chain Also I have all the paper work showing what was done.
