Up think about how far I done came !!! Wow just wanted to send a special thanks to some individuals that really motivate me when Im at work !! Fadja Louis, Rondriqcus Osby, Bradley Wilson and Chris Stepp!! I really appericate Fadja because she made becoming a server a very easy decision ! She is probably the only person that truely understands whats its like to come from the bottom of business and move your self into a postion where you can be comfortable !! My homie Ron !!! I cant lie Bro !! Its a emptiness since you left !! I aint got no one to really mess with when boredom sets in lol !!! But this guy gave me so much motivation! When they both was behind the bar together its like magic to me !!Dude is probably the best bartender I done seen !! He is like a equalizer!! Made everything run smooth !! My guy Brad makes working in my section so much fun and a lil easier because when it gets busy on Fridays and Staurday we kind feed off each other( mostly me feed off him) !!! If i get in the weed i can truly say he got my back !! Sometimes I have to stop and wonder how the hell he do it back behind the bar!! Being able to make them drinks and being able to move that Dam fast to get them out the way and keep and stay postive when people are clearly doing the dumbest crap in the world like making unnecessary noises on purpose to be assholes !! And last but not least, My mentor Chris Stepp !!! This dam dude is a hustler !!! I mean a real hustler !!! He dont give 2 fck about you not making no money !! It all about the hustle with him and if your in the way you prbably get ran over !!! To me its funny and fun when we work together .. to others its a nightmare !!! This dam dude probably could handle the whole dam building by his dam self !!! He can be a asshole when its comes down to making that money but he cool as hell !!!These are the people i think that are some of the best at what they do and i try to study a lil bit !!! i know im not close to being the the best at what i do but these people motivate me to be the best i can be !! I havent reached my Potential yet !!! Now this isnt a job field I plan on being in for the rest of my life, but for time being I want to learn everything I possible can while Im in it
