Update August 8,2014 9:27 PM. I have watched MLP FIM mega marethon and finished played SMT IV on neutrality route. This took me forever to complete my quest and my mission. I watched the final part that Twilight Sparkle and her friends strike down the relentless Tirek and sealed him away back to prison,got their magic back and saved Equestria. Flynn and his demon allies defeated Masakados shadow but reawakened him. He was lost control by the good and evil. But he finally regain control of himself and protected Tokyo. Which it was from the past few years ago when a missile was about to destroyed Tokyo. The bedrock was about to be The eastern kingdom of Mikado few years in the future but the law and chaos continues in the future just before Flynns appearance. Stephen returns Flynn back to his present year and meets up with Isabeau at shinjuku. Masakado takes the great spirit of goodwill and spite to his true form again removed the bedrock above Tokyo. And Flynn meets a girl that he revived and saved Tokyo. The end.
