Update: David Kunze is slowly showing signs of improvement, his heart is mostly working unsupported, he can maintain a steady blood pressure mostly without help, his color is good. They were able to keep him under sedation and he seemed less restless, and peaceful, (they had to give him very large amounts of medication to keep him that way) Tomorrow they will remove the breathing tube and slowly bring him to consciousness. My big prayer is that he wakes up peacefully, his heart, respiratory and brain functions are at the best they could possibly be and that he will be his silly self. The possibility of him PTSD are high, so pray tonight he has very happy, peaceful dreams and he knowas how much he is loved, needed and appreciated. Thank you all so much!
