Update: I was out for a walk this morning with jessi, and a man and a woman with a collie dog stopped me, he said that im wasting my time doing our campaign and that nothing will or never will be done in our town about this issue, then he said sure what harm is it in leaving the dog shit on the paths etc thats the job for the council i asked them did they pick up after their dog and both of them said no and never will, i couldnt believe what they just said, now ive never seen them before, so i followed them to see where they were going, they went into meadowview i kept behind them and they went into a house in the estate, maybe they dont live there but they went in a side gate, this is the attitude of some people dont bother picking your own dog shit, with an attitude like this we will never get our streets clean of dog shit, if you bring a baby out you bring nappies so why not doggie bags when out walking your dogs.
