Update from Manila Observatory 9pm 7 December 2014 --- Latest multi-agency forecast tracks still show consensus, maintaining the movement of Hagupit through northern Visayas to Southern Tagalog islands. Changes to the forecast track may be expected before it exits land by 9 December. 24-hour rainfall forecast from GFS (from 2 pm 7 Dec to 2pm 8Dec) is about 110-160mm over areas in Quezon, Camarines Sur and surrounding areas. This is much greater than the average climatological daily rainfall in that area of around 12-14 mm per day but only slightly more than the extreme daily rainfall (climatologically) which is about 100-120 per day. NOTE: JTWC forecast 8 Dec 2pm Hagupit over Mindoro and Marinduque
