Update from the Mexico team: The Mexico Mission team made it safe and sound! After landing in Monterrey, Mexico. Florencio and his son picked us up at the airport and we went straight to one of Florencios mission point churches about an hours drive away. We held VBS for about fifty-six children plus eighteen mothers and babies. Now we are at the Zapata pastoral training center where we will be staying and working this week. It was exciting to see the work that had been done on the training center since we were here last year working on the roof. We are looking forward to adding drywall and working on the interior this week. We will also continue to hold VBS at a different church each afternoon. We thank God for bringing us here safely and we ask that our friends and family at GMVUMC keep us your prayers throughout the week.
