Update on Brother Jason Martinez October 22, 2014 To: General Membership From: Vincent Fusco, President Dear Brother and Sister Firefighters: The Martinez Family has requested the following update on Jasons Recovery be sent to our membership: Jason remains in critical condition at the Bridgeport Burn Center. He is surrounded by family and is making great progress toward recovery. The family appreciates all the support and well wishes. To allow them the ability to focus on Jason and his recovery, They still are not receiving ANY visitors at this time. We continue showing our support for Firefighter Jason Martinez and his Family as he works toward recovering from his injuries in the Bridgeport Burn Center. They are and will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. We are asking that our Brother and Sister Firefighters honor the familys wishes. We will be coordinating support for the family to ensure that they are able to focus on Jason and his recovery. We will continue to forward updates from the Family regarding Jasons condition and recovery based on the Familys wishes.
