Update on Dad - Dad went home today after being in the hospital for 9 days! He has now had his chemo treatments for 2 weeks. He will have another round later this week and then be off a week. The main concern at this time is his kidneys. The doctors are very concerned about kidney failure. They will continue to monitor him closely with periodic blood testing. He has to limit his fluid intake at this time also. He also has very high potassium and must follow a low potassium diet. So all input has to be measured! Not easy but very important! He is also very weak due to the chemo treatments. We are all so thankful that he is well enough to go home! Please continue to keep him in your prayers.
