Update on Death Hearse On Satans Titty Highway You may have noticed a rise in posts about the movie. For the first 2 years of making this movie I really half assed it. It was a hobby. That was partially due to a lack of motivation and also some other issues that took a toll on my ability to make films. Lets just say there were some odds to overcome. A few things changed...first is that Alex Winter came into the picture with A LOT of enthusiasm and for the first time I had a partner in crime who really cared about getting the movie done. Other people cared but not like Alex did and with that I realized this shit cant be a hobby. If I need a hobby I should knit doilies or some shit but I needed to make it a passion and get things done. Another thing that happened is getting a crew of dependable people together who rolled with the punches, the late starts and the inevitable flat tires that come with action/horror. If you have a lot of money to deal with bullshit it helps, if you dont and you dont have a crew of firefighters then it all rolls to you and anyone with you on the front lines. Aside from Alex there are quite a few people, actors, actresses, drivers, camera holders etc who have all helped out and I am sincerely grateful. Brian James Brendan James Eric Johnson Elizabeth Scawthorn Lombardi Sara Heisley Demetrius Deanda Kandy Strychnine Amos Jarrell Rodney W Brewer just to name a few off the top of my head. If I dont mention you here PLEASE dont take that as a slight against you, I am just going off the cuff with a few names that spring readily to mind because weve worked together a lot lately. I appreciate everyones help and look forward to making the rest of this film with you all. Its a project of art but also one that I only want to make with friends. I am going to make this film with friends and make friends with this film. That being said I looked over the script today and realized that with the huge amount of action weve filmed lately I can look forward to possibly finishing this feature length film by....WINTER. Its the goal, its going to be hard work but I am going to try like hell! Updates to be forthcoming!
