Update on London. After arriving to find my original room had been rented out by the letting agency, and that there was nothing they could do except give me my deposit back, we managed to get in contact with my dads cousin who was very generous and let us stay the night. The following day involved changing the time of my dads ferry back to Ireland, and a lot of frantic searching for places. After many phone calls and a trip to the college student hub I had two viewings arranged and the name of a recommended letting agency in the area. Luckily the letting agency had a room that someone didnt want anymore, after a quick viewing I went and signed the contract. The twist, the new room is across the road from the one I had originally planned to move into. So after a very stressful two days Im finally settled in London.
