Update on my son, Christian Noel Garzas health. He had surgery today for the brain stem tumor. Doc was able to remove 1/2 of the tumor and sent a specimen to pathology. It is a benign juvenile low grade Astrocytoma. He said Christian will begin radiation therapy as soon as he begins healing. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. We were hoping for complete removal, but well take non cancerous. We still have a long road to recovery, but we now know what it is and how to treat it.
