Updates from India. As you know Umayr has had his operation back in October. He is now well into his physiotherapy sessions which he has twice a day, 6 days a week. These sessions are very demanding but he is showing determination and perseverance MashaAllaah. Alhamdulillaah his crouched knees have straightened and strengthened. He is now working on balance and coordinating footwork - basically he has to learn how to walk. He does, however, have a fear of falling which he is trying hard to overcome. He has told us that when he feels sleepy during physio he just rubs his eyes and stares at the light to keep awake lol. Please could we kindly request for you all to make duaa that he overcomes his mental fears and continues to make good progress. JazaakumAllaahu khayran
