Upon waking up at 4h00 am -Streches for 5 minutes, 1 Cup of hot water with lemon, 1 hour walk, back 1 cup green tea. @ 8 am breakfast: Hi fiber bran with fat free milk and water, and I will have half a grape fruit for snack. 1 slice Low GI slice,Boiled egg with green salad, andfor lunch (already prepared) and weigh-less salad dressing. For supper, Grilled chicken breast, beetroot salad, Butternut and Spinash, brown rice. All these I have already prepared. Snack in between-1/2 Grapefruit, Yoghurt, Apple, green tea and lots of water.
