Upped all the weights for todays workout. As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 wall balls 10 squat clean thrusters ( thrusters only for me) 20 kettle bell swings. I completed 4 rounds plus got to 6 thrusters. Wall ball up from an 8 pound ball to a 12. Thrusters up from 2 x 7kg dumbbells to 2 x 10kg Kettle bell up from 16kg to 20kg. I have used the heavier wall ball before but have not managed the 10kg dumbbells before and had never tried the 20kg kettlebell so yay me.
