Ups and downs today. It was so fun to have our big kids visit us and Molly. We loved having the Keller family visit, because we love them. Molly got her chest tube out in the middle of the night last night ... eventually replaced with the big patch in the picture. She even opened her eyes enough for a squint that was pain free this time. She is struggling with keeping her oxygen levels up, and with being comfortable. When her tube was removed, air leaked in the hole (which is not a normal thing at all - happened due to her severe edema and the tube placement), and they had to do some tricky things with the ventilator to get the air out. It looks like more air may be collecting, and they are doing xrays and ultrasounds to try to figure things out. We are thankful for the care she is receiving, and for the prayers, love, and support for our family. Honored to have Molly as a part of our world and our forever family.
