Urgent Requirement In BRG Group In Orrissa. Essential Qualification : Diploma Mechanical (fresher) Job Prifile : Diploma Engineer Trainee. Job Location : Orrissa Salary : 5600-8000 (with accommodation) 7100-9500 (without accommodation) Special Term : Fresher will require signing three years service bond with company and will be selected in Trainee grade. Anybody whose experience is negligible or irrelevant can also apply as trainee. Bond Period: The Trainee Employee will work with the Employer for at least 3 year from the date of actual joining. Special Benefits to the Trainee Employee for complying the Service Bond Agreement: The employer will give minimum 25% increment after completion of 1st year, and further 25% after completion of 2nd year. This increment can be higher in case of better performance as judged The Employer. Security deposit till bond period: The Employer will deduct 1/6th of gross earned salary each month as security deposit till the deposit with company is accumulated to the amount equivalent to three months gross salary. It will be paid back, to Trainee Employee after completion of bond period, with interest @ 9% per annum compounded annually. Termination of bond: This bond will be terminated automatically after completion of three years or by breach of the bond agreement. Termination of service: During training if Trainee Employee’s attitude, behavior, belongingness, thirst to learn and output as per skills are not as per desired parameters then Trainee Employee will be relieved from service by the Employer without notice, assigning any reason and without compensation. But during Bond Period if the Trainee Employee wants to leave then he has to return 3 month salary to the Employer.
