Urgent opening with Bangalore based NGO for Field Support Associate position:- Please note this is an 1 yr contract position with NGO at Bangalore. Role includes: Mobilisation Source key contacts of active community leaders / groups Approach and partner with RWAs and other Community based organisations Work closely with EROs, AEROs and RIs and other ECI officials Conduct and Manage Launch events at Assembly Constituency level and Community Introductions Explore various avenues to spread the word Train – Help the central team manage logistics of training sessions Participate in monthly meetings, lead training sessions and manage events Liaise between community and government officials-ERO, RO, etc Skills/ Qualifications Required Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Master’s in Social work would be an advantage. Freshers can apply. 2-3 years of work experience. Freshers will also be considered.
