Using the flimsy excuse that the rose is my number one favorite flower and that the rose season has begun in my area of Japan, I splurged on an extravagant little Dixie cup of rose flavored ice cream featured by Haagen-Dazs during this season. I tripled the pleasure by placing this tasty dessert in three different settings. Never mind that I could get four times the amount of ordinary flavored ice cream for less than the cost of one little Dixie cup of rich rose flavored ice cream. With no regrets Im savoring and favoring the flavor and fragrance of rose.
