V=VERY I =INSULTIVE O=ORDER If we take look of our road traffic in Nigeria we can see that is very insultive,especially manner of aproaches,order of arrest,l mean how they are collecting the car key frm the driver,beating driver or masses when made little mistake anyhow,controlling of traffic, collecting bribe and forsake what they ask them to do or do more than the law given to them. All these things are very insultive to the masses even to our nation called Nigeria atlarge. That is why their full meaning name is V. I. O. which mns VERY INSULTIVE ORDER. Watch them very well on d road.
