VACANCY : QA/QC MANAGER NATURE OF BUSINESS : OIL & GAS WORK LOCATION : KEMAMAN TERENGGANU SALARY : RM10K JOB DESCRIPTIONS: To plan, lead organize and control all functional activities of the Quality Control Department : A. To manage and supervise directly QC department to meet the applying standards. B. Communicate objective, scope, policies and procedures status of staff. C. Plan and manage the annual department budget to ensure cost effectiveness. D. To set up and establish department mission towards company objectives. Responsible to carry out all related activities in accordance with ISO & API requirement A. Develop, updated and implementation of standard Operating procedures and work instructions. B. Ensure all the staff posses appropriate skills as required. C. To carry out analysis on any defects, non-conformance and ensure CAR requirement. D. To conduct ISO audit as per requirement basis to ensure compliance. To consolidate and administer the incoming and out-going materials A. Monitor and verify the out-going products and ensure proper identifications. B. To ensure proper procedure of gauging calibration and inspection C. To liaise with internal departments as well as external party on quality matters. Responsible to manage the team, proper job delegation and ensure smooth operation as per schedule A. Responsible to ensure safe operating and procedure and safe working conditions B.
