VICE PRESIDENT BOAKAI VISITS DU-SIDE HOSPITAL IN FIRESTONE:-Liberias Vice President Joseph N. Boakai, today, Tuesday, December 30, 2014, paid an appreciation visit to the Firestone Medical Center, commonly referred to as Du-Side Hospital. The VP made the visit to show Governments appreciation for that medical institutions critical roles in the health care delivery efforts of the nation. He told Chief Medical Officer Dr. Lyndon G. Mabande, and his Hospital staff that the Government and the Liberian people at large were quite aware of their sacrifices. The VP made a token donation of an assortment of supplies, including special dietary milk, detergent, toys, and supplement juice.
