VIDEO MESSAGE- Cebu city, Nearly a week ago, we launched a donation campaign in social media to save the life of SPO3 Bill Felisan or Kuya Bill to those who are personally close to him and have work with him in childrens rights advocacy ,who suffered from cardiac arrest and was subjected for an emergency Angiography-Angioplasty. He was confined at the intensive care unit of VSMMC for strict monitoring while his family was trying to raise money for his surgery. Last December 21,2014, The doctors were able to successfully performed his surgery.He is now recovery well and is now ready for discharge from the hospital. All these were made possible because of the heartfelt-concern of several anonymous donors, partners,media, friends, family, volunteers,fellow- police officers and most specially to the passionate doctors, nurses, staff and management headed by Dr.Gerardo Aquino of Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center for taking care of Kuya Bill and attending to his medical and surgical needs and assuring that he will be operated as soon as possible without making his family worry about the medical bills. On behalf of Kuya Bill and family, we would like to deeply thank those who have responded to this campaign specially to those anonymous donors. You know who you are. May you be blessed a thousand folds for the generousity that you have done specially this Christmas season. This is truly a living proof that humanity is still much alive in this world.
