VISION IS YOUR GREATEST TREASURE IN CHRIST It is not when a soul belongs to God that the soul is saved, but rather when the soul is found by God: By implication, I am telling you that souls that belong to God can still be destroyed even though they belong to God. It is of no safety to say that your soul belongs to Jesus or to God, for that does not guarantee salvation: To be saved, be sure that the soul is found by God in Christ, not just that the soul is owned by God. Again, even if God owns the souls, the souls shall be destroyed if they are not found by God: As it is written, “Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sins, it shall die.” (Ezekiel 18:4) God did not send me to win souls for him, but to find his lost souls through giving them vision to souls: winning soul for the Lord is like a waste of time, but finding his lost souls is my calling. All souls belong to God, why then do we win souls for him? Why should a man try to win a parcel for me, when I already own the parcel? It is vision of Christ that makes a man found in Christ: A man is lost when his heart and mind is blinded, and a soul is found when he has the vision of Christ restored to him and in his heart: therefore it is written, “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” (2 Corinthians 4:3-4) I am not saying this to undermine winning of soul, for winning souls is wise thing to do according to Proverbs 11:30. But I am saying this to show you the peculiarity of my ministry in Christ, which is in giving men vision of Christ so that they may be found: 1. Knowledge and understanding is what the souls need more than belonging to God: For if they belong to God, but lack knowledge, they will still be destroyed even though they belong to God: As it is written, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…” (Hosea 4:6) 2. Vision is what the souls need more than belonging to God: For if they belong to God, but lack vision, they will still perish because they are lost: As it is written, “Where there is no vision, the people perish…” (Proverbs 29:18) It is true that the just shall live by faith, but it is also true that the just shall be delivered through knowledge (Proverbs 11:9). It is through having understanding that the souls shall be converted and be turned to the LORD to receive their healing. People are familiar with the scripture that says, by his stripes we are healed, but they are yet to appreciate the healing that comes through understanding the mysteries of God: Healing that comes with understanding the mysteries of God in Christ is far more better than the healing that comes with the stripes of Jesus, and it comes with conversion also: As it is written, “For this peoples heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.” (Matthew 13:15) Therefore, God has given to his people pastors who will feed them with knowledge and understanding: As it is written, “And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.” (Jeremiah 3:15) 1. What you need are pastors who will feed you with knowledge and understanding, not pastors who will prophesy blessings, prosperity and peace to you; 2. What you need are pastors who will feed you with knowledge and understanding, not pastors who will demonstrate to you signs, wonders, healing, miracles, and theatre movies on the stage. God said he will give to the people pastors after his own heart, who will feed his people with knowledge and understanding (Jeremiah 3:15); but the people in our days say they prefer to heap for themselves pastors and teachers having itching ears (2 Timothy 4:3). Why would you allow a teacher to teach you the voice of the LORD when obviously the teacher is having itching ears and cannot hear the voice of God himself? Why would you allow a blind man to you lead you when you are blind? “Let them alone: they are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” (Matthew 15:14) What the people need is the knowledge of the Holy One more than prophesying no accident on their way, no evil on their path and prophesying all kinds of blessing upon them. It is even funnier to think that sometimes these men will be prophesying prosperity and break-through to men who obviously have already acquired all the wealth or riches which they cannot exhaust in their life time – even if they must prophesy riches, health and prosperity to people, let them go to the poor and wretched ones on the streets and prophesy to them such things because they obviously need them more than those rich ones who are confortable in their cars and luxury. Their motive is gain and gifts from the well to do, and fat offerings. Adam and Eve were in all the prosperity they needed while in the garden of God, but they realize that there is something about knowledge which is better than prosperity, riches and comfort zones. The devil helped to open their eyes through the knowledge of good and evil, but I am not after devilish enlightenment: Devil’s enlightenment brings illumination which the illuminati cult advocates, but such illumination is death and everlasting destruction. I want to show you that it is not good for the soul to be without knowledge: As it is written, “Better is the poor that walks in his integrity, than he that is perverse in his lips, and is a fool. Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hastes with his feet sins.” (Proverbs 19:1-2) Have you considered whether it is possible to be in heaven without salvation of your soul which is eternal life? Remember what I taught previously saying, do not seek to just make heaven, rather seek eternal life in Christ Jesus which is salvation. Now let me demonstrate this in three concluding points to help your vision: 1. Adam and Eve were in heaven which I call the first heaven – The Garden of Eden was the First Heaven: What made it heaven is the presence of the tree of life there. Generally, wherever the tree of life dwells and grows is called heaven. Therefore, the presence of the tree of life made that Garden of God into Paradise – which is heaven. 2. While Adam and Eve were in the first heaven, they had everything and were in comfort zone of abundance of peace and prosperity, but they did not have eternal life because they had not known nor eaten of the tree of life. Therefore, they could still die or perish though they were in the first heaven or first paradise. 3. The serpent (Satan) had access too into that heaven, just as the dragon or Satan still have access into heaven until he shall finally be cast out. The devil seemed interested in the prosperity of the woman and man and interested in their enlightenment or having their eyes opened, but the devil will point them to everything wonderful, except to point them to the tree of life. The devil was willing to have them eat of every tree in that garden, except to point them to the tree of life – The only way the devil could keep them from accessing the tree of life is by deceiving them into eating the tree of knowledge of good and evil: the devil knew that the moment they eat of that tree of life, God himself will not allow them to eat of the tree of life again (Genesis 3:22-24). The devil himself could not eat of the tree of life and live forever himself, but he knew that man could eat of the tree of life and live forever: That was one thing man could do, which the devil could not do – to eat from the tree of life and live forever. So the only way the devil could live forever is by making man to sin like him and see if God will permit the man to eat of the tree of life and live forever. Therefore, if man in his sinful state in that garden had eaten of the tree of life and lived for ever, Satan would have by justice lived forever also through man. But God is wise who drove the sinful man from the garden of God or cast him out of paradise, until Jesus Christ came to separate sin from man: As it is written, “God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” (Romans 8:3-4) Devil does not mind even if you go to heaven, but he is against you having eternal life in Christ Jesus: The devil can point you to everything, except to point you to the Life in Christ Jesus. Notice, 1. Pointing men to Jesus Christ is not the same as pointing them to the Life in Christ. A man could say Jesus is the Christ, and yet not have eternal life in him: Many shall come in his name and yet deceive many. Not all that says to him, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of heaven; 2. The kingdom of heaven is different from heaven: It is the kingdom we should seek first, not heaven. The day the kingdom comes in heaven is the day salvation comes in heaven (Revelation 12:10). The kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost (Romans 14:17); but heaven is a place. The kingdom of God is within you. You must therefore, differentiate both.
