You will pioneer a world of total telecom solutions. Role purpose: Primarily act as the Technical escalation point for the L1 pool. You will receive mentoring, coaching & training on-boarding. In general, the Service Desk Agent will need to be a patient character, with ample tolerance within a potentially stress-filled situation and who deals politely and calmly with end-users. He or she will need to be thorough, analytical and organized, able to conduct a detailed analysis of each problem being reported, as well as proactive enough to take on and successfully drive resolution. Total customer focus is essential, delivered in a helpful and knowledgeable manner, as well as an optimistic and flexible outlook to the future. Responsibilities: • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries • Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email • Maintaining an Asset Database and track changes • 1st line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware • Troubleshoot basic network issues such as ADSL broadband issues • Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team • Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles Requirements: One of these languages : Italian / Dutch / Hungarian / German (B2 or above) English (B2 or above) – for all candidates; Team working skills; Socially skilled; Understanding of clients issues; Flexibility; Analysis and problem solving; CV-URILE SE VOR TRIMITE PE ADRESA: [email protected] LOCAŢII DE LUCRU: STR.
