Vacancy: IT Administrator/Helpdesk Location: Isle of Wight Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Days: Monday - Friday Duration: 3 months Duties: assisting in IT support during a period of secondment within the department, 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users, assist in network and system support and administration, maintain and monitor servers and applications, escalate unresolved issues, reporting. Experience: recent experience of 1st and 2nd line support essential as is a strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and HND/Degree level qualification in IT related subject and Microsoft certifications. Rate: dependent upon experience.
