Crystallite in its Business Development Department requires: Position: Business Development Executive Type: Full-time Timings: Morning Gender: Male and Female both Age limit: Not more than 28 years Remuneration: Market competitive along with other benefits BlackBerry with Mobile Allowance and Laptop Skills and qualifications: • Preferably post graduate qualifications (marketing/sales) • Fresh graduates can also apply.(marketing/sales) • Candidate should have very strong communication skills, great attention to detail, highly professional and is able to manage a very diverse task list. • Business development and market entry experience. • Industry contacts within the Global Carriers industry in the region would be an added advantage. • Experience: 1 to 2 year experience regarding sales. • Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi Responsibilities: • Responsible for the Business Development and carrier relations locally and internationally (Asia, Middle East & Europe). • Responsible for carrier interconnecting, international wholesale pricing, traffic planning, carrier reconciliations, and contract negotiations. • Responsible for developing wholesale and retail business, maintaining relationships with global telecom carriers, and responsible for buying and selling all international traffic. • Responsible for product improvement identification or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Responsible for customer requirement analysis, and is responsible to develop & demonstrate solutions, and produce high quality presentations. • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities. • Represent company in International Events. Coordinate and participate in international trade shows and promotional activities. • Travelling to meet global carriers required.
