Vacation rental in Fenwick Island looking for local part-time property manager/home minder. Preferably bonded and insured. References required. Responsibilities include inspecting 2 homes in between guests for cleanliness & damage. Usually takes no more than 30 minutes per visit, per home. Our guests agree to complete a short cleaning list prior to departure but if necessary, additional cleaning may be required ( this has only happened ONCE over many years) Summer visits require checking the homes between 11AM-12 NOON on Saturdays - off season check outs may be later but homes could be checked the next day. Required traits - flexibility, professional demeanor, reliability, excellent work ethic and stellar communication skills. Texting & email access required. Paid position. $25 per home visit, $50 if both homes need inspection the same day. Additional negotiated rate for extra occasional time such as overseeing appliance repair/delivery, etc. SERIOUS INQUIRIES only please.
