Vadodara Congress demands proceedings against the Municipal Commissioner Manishl Bhardwaj IAS under IPC 217& 219 for helping Mr. Hitesh Taparia who is accused for having property in excess to his income, by resuming his duties on same post from which he was suspended and entrusting him with same monetary powers which he might have misused . As per ACB rules a person hepling an accused for corruption is also held responsible and ACB can take actions on him too.
