Value addition and creation are the key pillars for the growth and development of our communities. Policies are being put in place to ensure we harness the available resources effectively and as such lead growth and development. The value addition and creation process will not yield positive results in our societies if we start talking about it at organizational and national levels. The philosophy of value addition and creation need to start at personal levels or in the home. Our families and religious bodies need to appreciate the importance of this concept and as such make it a part of our values and belief systems. You and I have so much to offer to this world, but we seem not to know that. A lot of us a fully involved in value creation and addition professions, but we do not know or value that-we are only doing it for the money. I have personally made a decision and am committed to it-that i will use the remaining part of my life to adding value to peoples lives- no matter how insignificant my efforts might seem. Are you adding value to this world or you are a burden? Reflect on what you have done towards adding value to this world over the past month? We are running short of time and as such your committing now is pivotal to the betterment of humanity.
