Very sad day for me going thru my grandparents belongings to retrieve not just things and items but treasures and artifacts of a time tht i would give anything to go back to for one more day. It was such a charmed life that ill never forget. U kno some people like to think something like this would be a money grab situation but to me it was about memories like for instance i got my grandfathers sharpening stone to whom i watched him sharpen his pocket knife relentlessly even tho it couldnt be any sharper. These treasures are worth more to me than any amount of money u could throw my way. Its the end of an era to which nothing will ever be the same.
