VicPD News | VicPD Investigating Reported Break and Enter while Family Sleeping Victoria BC – VicPD officers are investigating a reported break and enter that occurred early this morning while a family was sleeping. Officers were called at approximately 5 a.m. to the 2700-block of Scott Street for a report of a break and enter. The home owner reported that one of the members of the family had woken and spotted a suspect inside their house. The waking of the family member seemed to scare off the would-be burglar.
