ATIKU,BARAJE,NPDP’S OPERATION IN NIGERIA IS ILLEGAL,UNAUTHORISED AND FRAUDULENT-COURT: Fellow Nigerians it’s now clear in the camp of the Alhaji Kawu Baraje and former vice president Atiku Abubakar led faction of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, that its activities is illegal, unauthorised. This fraudulent group led by anti-democratic forces(extremist) who’s main aim of NPDP is for criminal and mischievous purposes,” aboveall, to cause confusion in the country. Friday, as a Federal High Court in Abuja declared its activities illegal, just as it ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to only recognize the Alhaji Bamanga Tukur led national officers of the party. In a judgment he delivered yesterday, Justice Elvis Chukwu, specifically ordered Baraje, Dr. Jaja Sam Jaja, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, to forthwith, desist from parading themselves as national officers of the PDP. It would be recalled that prior to the judgement, the defendants, hitherto declared themselves as executive officers of a splinter group of the party popularly referred to as the ‘NPDP’. We call all Nigerians to have faith and continue to pray for the unity of nation.
