Viewing the property, I loved what it had to offer. Asked the - TopicsExpress

Viewing the property, I loved what it had to offer. Asked the necessary questions about fees, level of noise, traffic in the street, safety, age of the property, work done and possible work to be done, things that would still be done, and all responses were satisfactory. I go ahead and offer to purchase, requesting guidance because the last time I purchased property was plot and plan. So of course there are also costs included here which I did not encounter before. 3 months later I move into the property it looks like a pig sty. None of the things they promised would be attended to are done. I then refuse to pay a certain amount which I was not informed about, but only I have already signed the agreement to pay so my hands are tied. Then they tell me the property is bought foetstoots. I remember my friends words saying dont sign anything until they put in writing they will do what they say they will do, but I think to myself surely they will, signing is just s formality. Well of course it is a formality because they are holding me to my signature and they have gone silent on their promises. Yet they advertise themselves as the best property sellers and go the extra mile to fulfil on their obligations. It has been 5 months now that I have been e-mailing, calling, posting on their inbox and Rawson Property Group has just been promising that they will attend to my complaint but still hasnt. This is the 5th month we are in the house and none of the promises have been fulfilled. What would you do if you were in my shoes?
