Vinod Hegde 1 The DNA Profile testing here is totally un-scientific and baseless. These people are fools. It is becoming all-fool show.. 2 Actual procedure adopted here iteself is flawed. In rape cases world-wide, it is the law enforcement officers who collect clothes and other samples. This is what is send for testing. 3 Even if Rape victim ever comes forward to give clothes etc, there is certain timelines within which medical practioner examines the victim and collected necessary biological evidences and gives the same to officers or court. 4 Coming back to the evidence obtained here..they say they have found two DNA on clothes...But did the officers obtain the clothes from Rape Victim at the proper place and time? No..Then how can it ever be considered as any evidence? 5 Going further with the findings iteself based on which DNA profile testing was asked for. Two DNA ...that too two male DNA...Rediculous... DNA is Deoxyribose Nucliec acid..Simply an unique chemical of human being..But greater importance needs to be given to the fact that DNA obtained from any part say Hair Skin etc are the same ... DNA can be obtained from body of human being or even fluids or excreta of human... Now if two samples are mixed can any science prove DNA arrived from which part of the body or which fluid..? Apply below analogy of basic chemistry to biological evidences,,,.. 6 Take a cup of salt water..let it be from any source sea, etc...Now add few spoons of table salt to it... Salt as you know is Sodium Chloride...(Well there can be other variations of salt .For our purpose we take it to be NaCl.) Now if be some means we extract Sodium Chloride from above liquid...Can any science say what salt it was ..? Whether it was already present in Water or it was from other source that we added... 7 Body fluids, DNA of human are much more complex than this...And I strongly beileve in no part of world any fool will ever go craving for correctness of such stupid evidence in manner in which .... 8 Most of the forensic and genetic websites agree to above ....
