Vision does not exclude but instead vision grafts into it all who can maintain the vision. Humanity no matter which way it is observed is the only vision. Pan Africanism without the rest of humanity would demand that the continent of Afracur be or become completely self sustaining. Does she currently have everything needed to do so? If not then she too must graft herself into the vision of humanity. Our plight is challenging to say the least. The vision of humanity may possess various views but no view can contradiction the vision for humanity. All That Is cannot be divided into favorite and non favorite parcels. Vision invokes the soul, fills the heart and challenges the mind. One is no more prepared to handled a vision before under going much needed preparation than one is able to go fight in a war before learning how to shoot a weapon. To hold a vision requires first being able to hold oneself, all the time. What does hold oneself mean? Knowing how to live life without falling victim to the superimposed emotional behavioral patterns by having them lead the way or speak first. To hold means to contain. Containing ones own emotions through speech, behavior and thought are vital to be able to hold and walk out a vision, for humanity. As I walk it for me I walk it for all, as i disregard it for me I disregard it for all. To be entrusted with a vision trust must be demonstrated unconditionally with self. Our diaspora is without a vision. There are several fragments pointing to various challenges but they are not in unison which indicates the fragmentation that each hold apart from the vision for humanity. The vision for humanity comes only with a price. The price is the unending willingness and demonstration of shedding superimposed emotional behavioral patterns that do not align with nature or humanity; because nature is non ending and life giving as are to be all behavioral patterns. Vision demands control over self. Obviously, we as a Diaspora are busy doing personal work to grow strong enough to hold a vision.
