Why exactly you thought it would be a good idea to sell me a Blackberry contract WITHOUT my permission is beyond my comprehension. Why you advertise (and sell) several mobile phones which you dont have in stock, is also a mystery. And furthermore, why you tell me that I cannot CANCEL an order, and can only EXCHANGE an order (despite the fact that an instore representative said this was NOT the case)? I have many more questions for you, and criticisms, but theyll be saved for a lovely type set dossier which Ill be sending to your customer complaints address within the week. If I do not hear anything back, expect to be sent several more letters, all with increasingly poor grammar and increasingly worse language. All the best.
