Voice Artists United is experiencing growing pains. Our Facebook membership has topped 2,100. We are recently receiving a number of blind requests for membership from individuals who show no visible interest in or connection whatsoever to the field. VAU is a closed group in order to gather voice talent, agents, filmmakers, prospective clients, agents, producers and casting directors who have a common interest. If you, a friend, colleague or interested person wish to join Voice Artists United, you can 1. (invite or add them yourself if you are already a mamber), but they must have an ACTUAL interest in voice-over if no VO web footprint, are not working or planning to obtain work in voice-over or, 2. Vouch for them if they directly request to join. 3. The prospective member must have a method of contact available. (i.e. a way to message them on Facebook.) English is the preferred contact language. Please remind them to respond to our brief inquiry regarding their interest, as this is a method of screening "Random Joiners".
