Volunteers Needed in Busan, South Korea for an anti-dog meat campaign Koreans have Sambok/Boknal which means “Three dog meat eating days” to fight the heat during the summer. The dates are based on the lunar calendar and they are on the 18th July, 28th July, 7th August this year, 2014. It is said that 900,000 to a million dogs will be slaughtered during this period. Please help us. We need volunteers in Busan, the second largest city in Korea, who can do voluntary works for a month for the anti-dog meat campaign. We are having the flyers containing photos of dog’s tapeworms the food the dogs are being fed at dog farms. Volunteers work to distribute the flyers to the passers-by near the dog market and dog meat stew restaurants and paste the posters on utility poles around subway station near the dog market. This is not a paid job and one has to cover his/her own expenses while in Busan for a month. I can help you to find a short term/ long term accommodation at a guest house in Busan. Anyone interested, please contact Kim at savekoreandogs12@yahoo ต้องการอสสาไปเกาหลีค่ะ
