Volunteers of America of Illinois is looking to fill a Program Support Coordinator position. Basic Function: To provide support to the True North Project serving low, very low, and no income Veterans and their families. The Program Support Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking systems designed to improve the quality and efficiency of services provided by the True North Project. She/he is responsible for creating and maintaining data tracking systems for all essential data elements. She/he is responsible for data reporting and analysis. This position is Exempt and reports to the Program Director. Qualifications: Position requires a high-school diploma (or equivalent) and 5 years of related experience or a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience. Experience in data tracking, analysis and reporting is essential. Requires a person with flexibility to work day and evening hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Must have a firm understanding of computer database systems and willingness to learn HMIS/ServicePoint if not already familiar with the program.
