W6D1 Was supposed to hit 155kg for 3 sets of 5 but walked into the session having a few too many days off. Tight QL>painful TFL>tight ITB>pain on inside knee>left knee caving in. This session hurt, a lot. Ended up doing 155kgx5,4,4,2 to get the volume in. Started on my practice sumo days and tried two singles of 155kg but hips were just toast by this point so called it a day. Guess its back to squatting more than I deadlift. The fatigue is real. Less than 2 weeks til Oceanias, gotta keep grinding.
