WARNING BROOKOVER AND SONS CONSTRUCTION SCAM ARTIST If You ever hear of Brookover and Sons Construction stay clear of them. My Insurance Company paid them over 64,000 to fix my house now they want another 48,000 dollars and my house is still almost a shell. I also gave them about 12,000 to put on a New Roof. Them not working on the roof is what caused the damage to my house. They stopped working on my house 2 days before Thanksgiving (2012). I have a BIG dumpster full that was dumped in my yard the 4th day of Feb (2013) because they did not pay the dumpster people. They work in NW Ohio Usually. They are from Bettsville, Oh around Findlay, OH, Fostoria, OH, Tiffin, OH, Fremont, OH, Upper Sandusky, OH Lima, OH, Toledo, OH They have an access to all major towns an small towns in between. They also work in the State of Florida. When they were taking my money they were also doing this to someone else. The Bank and Insurance Company don’t want to get involved. The Attorney General said contact the BBB they can maybe help out or contact a lawyer. I have done that. The Lawyer want’s 5,000 dollar retainer and a $120 an hour and there is no guarantee that I will get my money. The BBB has now taken my complaint. I am getting all the records around now. The BBB said if he don’t want to pay then I have to get a Lawyer If you look them up on yellow pages look under reviews and see some of the reviews people gave them. You will have to look under Brookover and son (and sons) they use both spellings.
