WARNING Fraudulent Web site. Due to political correctness, it is probably illegal for me to mention the name of the site, but its ok for them to be fraudulent, so I wont mention their name. However I can tell you they are involved in Camp Sales in AU, but its a site. They sell all sorts of wonderful items that we as caravan and campers would be interested in, such as solar panels, generators, portable fridges, roof top campers, 4x4 equipment etc all at very competitive prices. Trouble is I dont think they have any stock, thats if they actually exist. I have not been able to reach anyone by phone. They had an answering service, but that now goes to a machine. Their live chat line, well I left an open line for two days and along with six emails, no reply. From research I have found others in the same situation as me. The site appears to be untraceable and no site owner. It appears to be in Queensland, but the address given is Castle Hill, NSW. I have been waiting for 34 days for my folding solar panels to arrive from Sydney. I instigated a query with PayPal, in which mediation takes place to resolve issues, but it was immediately elevated to a Claim, skipping this step. So I assume they know more than me. Dont be fooled by their classy looking web site, I should have know better. I have been purchasing and selling on line for 17 years with hundreds of transactions and never a bad experience. Whats the old saying, if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
